Gmail Unable to Login — Recovering Lost Emails and Attachments

Today, some Gmail users were not able to login to their Gmail accounts, later found their messages, attachments, and Google Chat logs missing.

According to Gmail team, this issue affects less than 0.08% of the Google Mail users and they are currently investigating this issue. For those who lost their messages and attachments, Google engineers are working to recover the lost emails, attachments and everything else. Affected users may be temporarily unable to sign in while they repair is going on.
