Not once, but twice! Apple iPhone users reported that their handsets were telling them the wrong time. This automatic “time adjustment” issue seem to be triggered by the Daylight Savings Time (DST) adjustments. Surprisingly, even on places that don’t even use DST at all, the smartphone still adjusted the time.
This is not the first time this problem happened. In fact, Apple mentioned that the DST issue would be fixed in iOS 4.2 update. Apparently, that issue wasn’t fixed.
Maybe, we should all just have to patiently wait for another iOS update from Apple and trust that they will finally put an end to this recurring issue.
