According to the Portsmouth News, a teenager flooded Portsmouth’s central library and caused more than $200,000 worth of damage.
He blocked all the water passages by shoving toilet paper down the sinkholes and turned on all the taps in the toilets.
The 16-year-old initially denied committing the act. However, he later confessed to the crime after the prosecutors showed the transcript of a Facebook conversation in which he admitted to doing it.
