That is a whopping $200 discount from the regular on-contract price of $299 from Verizon Wireless.

Asus Transformer Prime Tablet Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Update and BootLoader Unlock Tool Announced

ASUS announced today that the official Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) update for ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF201 will be made available on January 12, 2012.
