Amazon gives you one more reason to switch to Verizon Wireless. It is offering Google’s latest Android flagship smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus 4G, for only $99.99 with a 2-year Verizon Wireless contract for a limited time. That is a whopping $200 discount from the regular on-contract price of $299 from Verizon Wireless.

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus 4G is the world’s first smartphone to feature the latest Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Besides the 720p HD resolution and Android Ice Cream Sandwich, you also get NFC (Near Field Communication), 4G LTE Mobile Broadband network support (currently offers up to 10 times the speed of 3G), full HD 1080p camcorder, and other gimmicky features.

This phone doesn’t have a Super AMOLED+ display. However, it comes with a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. You get 720p HD resolution, which of the most smartphones that are available now, don’t have yet.

LG Revolution 4G Android phone has made itself available today and it quietly joins the rank of 4G LTE phones on Verizon Wireless store.

The LG Revolution boast a large 4.3-inch (800×480 pixels) touchscreen. It is powered by Qualcomm 1GHz Snapdragon processor running Android 2.2 (upgradeable to 2.3). Basically, the touchscreen, processor and the Android OS version, are essentially the same as those on the HTC ThunderBolt 4G.
